Kyle had the vehicles we asked about ready to drive when we arrived, and we selected and purchased our favorite. Kyle is really down to earth, takes his time with you, is easy to talk to, appreciates the practical aspects of your everyday driving needs, and he didn't push us in one direction or another or pitch us on a higher value vehicle. His extensive knowledge about the details and features of the vehicles we looked at really made us feel confident in our selection. Since the sale, he has been very responsive to our request for assistance in acquiring post-purchase accessories for our new car. We have purchased a variety of high-end vehicles in the past, and this has been the best experience we've had by far.
