Amazing, with outstanding customer service Cole listened to my needs and went above and beyond to meet them and make me happy. When I asked him questions his level of knowledge of the company a Cole listened to my needs and went above and beyond to meet them and make me happy. When I asked him questions his level of knowledge of the company and their products was vast. cole as well as the whole team in the building made us feel like part of the VW family. My two children were with me and they never bugged me to leave because cole and his team mates made them feel comfortable and welcomed too so we could shop and conduct business. Outstanding sale/customer service I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Ky I had already found a vehicle at another dealership but Street VW had a more attractive color at a higher advertised price. After a phone call with Kyle I got on a plane from Dallas an they were reasonable to match a competing deal. Service from July and Kyle was outstanding. I had overlooked a small issue on my new purchase and these guys went out of their way to make it right despite having zero obligation to do so. Jeanine was outstanding working with my private financing and I was never pressured to keep it in house if I didint want to. I was hesitant to even contact Street VW base on a higher advertised price than what I was looking for and reading a few reviews that were less than positive. In the end Im glad I called and got a great deal with outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. More

He listened to all of our requests and was quick to get us the answers we needed. We found a car we liked and told him we would be back the next morning to make the trade. We have 3 small children, so spending the majority of the day at a dealership isn't ideal, but July and every other employee that we encountered made us feel right at home.
