I came in with some strict guidelines.. as I was buying a toy.. they were able to make it happen.. there was a couple hiccups.. and I am waiting to see if I will be getting reimbursed for an oil change I had to do immediately on the vehicle as it was 600+ miles outside it’s oil change time. NOT GOOD. So I took it to a local dealer in Warsaw to have it done that day.. I didn’t want to put anymore miles on dirty oil. It was an expensive oil change. I was told by my salesman and the General I would be getting reimbursed for the cost. So we shall see if I should continue to praise my experience.. or whether I need to revamp and edit it. We shall see. If I get reimbursed.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating. More

Here is our story, you decide the value of Lakeside Chey. I am a resident of Wisconsin and was in search of changing vehicles. I found a vehicle of liking in Indiana at Lakeside Chey via the internet. Conver I am a resident of Wisconsin and was in search of changing vehicles. I found a vehicle of liking in Indiana at Lakeside Chey via the internet. Conversed back and forth with the internet sales contact and determined that I would like to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I traveled on Memorial Day the 250 miles and stayed in a hotel the evening of Memorial Day. The next morning, we arrived just after they opened. We looked at the vehicle and took it for a test drive while they looked at our trade in. We talked with the internet sales person and he presented a number with our trade in, we looked at the number and said it would not work for us, he then said let me talk with my manager and he came back with a better number but we again said it would not work for us and he was aware that we would be paying cash for the balance after credit for the trade in. He then went back to his manager and we began negotiating with him directly, during the negotiations he asked if we would finance the vehicle instead of paying cash, he said that it would help as they get a kick back from finance companies anywhere from $1500.00 to $3000.00 he said we could then pay off the loan after 4 months, we told him we were not interested. He then presented a new bill of sale which was still too the high, at which time he said what will it take to complete the sale, I struck the cash difference and put the number that was acceptable to me and he then said we have a deal. Because Indiana has a reciprocity agreement on tax collect (Indiana collect the taxes and then pays them to Wisconsin) So our deal was vehicle, title fee, Wisconsin taxes and a document fee. We completed the transaction with their finance person and we told us we would receive a title in our name in about 2 to 3 weeks. Title and paperwork arrive less that a week later with the original title not in our name. we called the finance manager and he said the decided to do it differently. We went to our DMV and found out that we would be charged for the title and the county sales taxes that were not paid and we had to pay the county tax to the tune of $283.00. When we got home we called the internet sales person and told him of the issues, he right away transferred us to his manager, he said that they were wrong on the title charge and would refund that money to us but that they do not pay county taxes and refused to reimburses even though they told us that they would be paying the taxes to Wisconsin ( with taxes plural it implies all taxes) bottom line in our opinion they scammed us. You decide if this is a dealer you want to do business with. More
