Kyle was easier to work with than Ron Blum. Ron was friendly but always pushing and trying to be slick “old school sales type vibe”. I liked Kyle’s approach and communication and appreciate his way of business much more. I was told twice Lakeside leads in online sales but everything had to be done onsite. I wish paperwork could have been done with one less trip for me. Also, I found the truck online but from 1st visit to the time they actually had in out of their shop and detailing finished was nearly a month! That’s seems way longer than other dealerships turn around time. Was also told they didn’t do a recall to find out they did do it so I believe their process may have a glitch in there somewhere. Truck is exactly what I was looking for. If it wasn’t…their timeline along with Ron’s pushy (not always true) communication may have lost my business. I clicked yes I would refer a friend but I’d suggest working with Kyle if possible and I would let them know all the details I stated above. I really debated on clicking no…but I do love our truck so Thanks More
