I had the good luck to have Kyle Greene as my sales associate for the recent purchase of a 2026 Z4. I had been pursuing this particular vehicle for several months, in a specific color and with a speci associate for the recent purchase of a 2026 Z4. Salespeople at other BMW dealerships told me the vehicle I wanted was not available. Kyle made it his mission to find it for me, and he did, on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, heading for port in Georgia. Kyle worked with his manager to get the vehicle redirected to Silver Spring, where I took delivery in August. It was clear throughout the month I worked with Kyle that his goal was to make sure I had what I wanted, and he made it happen.
