Another Great experience at VW of Naples This is our second Great purchase with VW of Naples. This time we were interested in the 2018 VW convertible after looking on line for features and s This is our second Great purchase with VW of Naples. This time we were interested in the 2018 VW convertible after looking on line for features and specs. We again dealt with our personnel salesman Kyle Harsh and had another great experience. We picked out the car we wanted, which wasn't in stock and none in the State of Florida. We were told that it had to be ordered and would take up to three months to get. Well in about two weeks Kyle called us and said, I found your car at another dealer and did we want it and if so we could have it in a couple of days. We said great, go for it. Well the rest is history. My wife wasn't real excited about it at the time, but she's nuts about it now. I told Kyle she will be her best sales person. He helped me find the ideal car for me in the exact colors and features that I wanted and made the unpalatable business of trading in a car I had bought only a few months before, easy and painless.
