Great experience. I felt comfortable talking with Kyle on about all the details that were important to me. The process to close on the loan was seamless. Kyle even drove the truck 40 miles to my house so I could get both vehicles home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Purchased a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from here. 3 weeks in, the fuel injector went out. I took it in and no offer was made to help in having this fixed. I don’t mind paying but feel that the dealer 3 weeks in, the fuel injector went out. I took it in and no offer was made to help in having this fixed. I don’t mind paying but feel that the dealership would offer to do something seeing as the first payment isn’t even due yet. Took it to get fixed, auto shop could not believe the dealership did not offer to help in anyway. I understand when purchasing a used vehicle there will and can be issues, but not even a month after purchasing it? At least offer to cover parts or labor and let the customer pay the rest. Seems like something could have been arranged. More

Kyle was great! The detail department was unprofessional- people need to be fired. I just bought a $30,000 car and its not clean. Basic stuff like dirt on the door. It was not cleaned well, outside and inside, and certainly not detailed professionally. There's no excuse. If someone buys a $30,000 car it should be detailed professionally. Every inch of the car should be clean and that glossy stuff should be put on the tires. If people are fired, professional car detailers are hired and I'm given a free gift certificate for a pro detail job I'll be happy and reccomend Gatorland. If not, I'll make sure to tell everyone in the market for a new car not to go to Gatorland. More
