Kyle had marked significant pages and sections of the owners manual for both cars- a great way for us to get familliar with the new car features. His enthusiasm for the Subaru was very evident as he and his family own Subarus. He would not let us leave the dealership until we showed him that we understood all the features of the car. He was extremely patient and encouraging as we were learning the new features as well as setting up our phones with Bluetooth, etc. In all my years of buying automobile we have never dealt with a more knowledgeable and thorough person at Gateway Subaru. This was our fifth Subaru purchase. More
