Best dealership experience I've had! I went to Gateway Subaru to find a vehicle for my wife but decided to get a 2016 Forester for myself as well. We both worked with Kevin Miller who was I went to Gateway Subaru to find a vehicle for my wife but decided to get a 2016 Forester for myself as well. We both worked with Kevin Miller who was extremely helpful and patient throughout the sales cycle. It took over two months for us to finally decide which vehicles we wanted and there was never a moment where my wife and I felt pressured to make a decision or go with a vehicle that was immediately available. Kevin, with the help of the other support staff at Gateway, took the time to track down the particular Forester XT I wanted without any hassle. So my wife and I both received the cars we wanted with our preferred color and options. We are very happy!! Also finalizing the paperwork was a breeze. I laughed with Wendy and Renee through most of the process as the paperwork can normally be a real pain but they made it fun. I also want to give a special thanks to Kyle Hutchins for making that test drive a reality; appreciate it! More

No Pressure and Good Communications I just picked up my 2016 Outback and I love it. It was a great experience dealing with Kyle and would recommend him to anyone. Beautiful dealership facility and amenities, dog-friendly (!) people, highly knowledgeable salesperson in Kyle Hutchins who led the best experience one could possibly have in a car dealership or any retail establishment for that matter. He was very patient as I test-drove literally every type of vehicle they offer at Subaru, he was extremely knowledgeable on every vehicle, detail, and accessories. Professional & Friendly Process from Beginning to End Great experience throughout the entire process. I came in with some ideas of what I wanted to look at, but Kyle was able to quickly narrow it down to Great experience throughout the entire process. Andrew worked the phones and Wendy worked the numbers so I was able to drive home that evening in Legacy that is a perfect fit for me. Also helps the Kyle walked me through all the technology I am now happy to have (but wasn't really part of the 15 year-old car I was trading in). More

Best car buying experience ever! Thanks Kyle! I visited six different dealerships looking for a new SUV. I found a Forester I thought I might be interested in so I called Gateway Subaru and tal I visited six different dealerships looking for a new SUV. I found a Forester I thought I might be interested in so I called Gateway Subaru and talked to Kyle Hutchins. I had never owned a Subaru so I drilled Kyle with questions about the brand and the Forester. Kyle was patient and answered all my questions. After talking with Kyle a few times I knew I needed to buy a Subaru. I lived over 2 hours away from the dealership so Kyle basically worked up a deal over the phone with me. Not only did I get the best price on a 2014 Subaru Forester in a 250 mile radius but they gave me more money on my trade in than other dealerships did. Once there Kyle even took the time to explain every feature the car does. It was absolutely worth the 2 hour drive to Gateway. Not only will my next vehicle be a Subaru but I will be buying from Gateway again! More
