Kyle Lampp and the team at Brandon Honda we're very helpful and considerate. I really appreciated how mindful they were of cleanliness. I may have paid a little more here than I would at a small shop helpful and considerate. I really appreciated how mindful they were of cleanliness. I may have paid a little more here than I would at a small shop, but their cleaning practices gave me peace of mind -- so it was worth it. The only room for improvement would be if everyone working at Brandon Honda were wearing a mask when they interact with customers. More

Customer Service Oriented I haven't had any major services or purchases but they're good for basic everyday services. Staff are consistently friendly and atmosphere is customer service oriented. Not high pressure. It's actually a rather pleasant place to hang out while you're getting your oil changed. My only negative is when I brought my car in once with a nail in the tread of one of my tires they told me it couldn't be plugged and I needed to purchase a new tire. I get that they probably have some product warranty rules in place or whatever (they showed me how it had to be in middle few inches of the tread for them to be able to plug it and my nail was in the tread but not in the "middle" of the tread)... but I drove to another tire repair place and got it plugged for $8 and it's been fine for over a year now. Just be an educated consumer and you'll be fine. More
