We have bought 4 cars and have for the most part, had excellent experiences with buying and with servicing. This week my service advisor was Kyle Lampp. I was well over-due for my 100,000 maintenance and on a tight budget. He worked with me to get only the necessities done and recommended what needed to be done as soon as possible when the budget allows. He kept me informed throughout the day either by text or a phone call. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he was very quick in reviewing, getting my cashed out and to my vehicle. I appreciated him going the extra mile throughout this visit. More
