First time service This was the first time using Brandon Honda for service on our 2105 Honda Odyssey. We relocated from Glen Allen, Virginia at the end of October 2018. The Honda dealer that we purchased, working thru Costco, needs some help in dealing with people. I have only used that dealership once for service and never returned. Your dealership was just the opposite, starting with your original greater and continueing with the full process. The service that was afforded to us by Kyle Lampp, was not only very professional but courteus in every manner extended to myself and my wife. I intend to continue using Brandon Honda for my service needs in the future and would highly recommend them to any of my friends. More

When you show up At the dealership you feel like a caged animal because all of your salesman are standing there looking like we’re getting ready to pounce on you. I like the fact that Chris was not trying to push himself on me. After I asked all the sales people to leave me alone, I walked up to Cris who I did not know before hand and asked him if he could give me some assistance. He went out of his way to explain everything to me, was not pushy in anyway and gave my wife and I all the time we needed to make an informed decision. The main reason that I bought again from your dealership was because of the way I was treated so professionally by Chris. He is a very big asset to your company and I would not think twice about hiring him to work for me. When it came time for my delivery, Chris was not available and he had Hector take care of any questions that I had, and Hector did a great job of helping me with the delivery. More
