To be honest, after reading a few negative reviews online, we were hesitant and even planned to buy a different car from another dealership. However, Joshua was extremely patient and professional from the beginning. He took the time to answer all our questions, address our concerns, and never made us feel pressured. Because of his calm and honest approach, we decided to give this dealership a chance—and we’re very glad we did. We’re very happy with our new Lexus so far, and the overall buying process was smooth and straightforward.
