I have never felt so at ease when buying a car, as I was here at LeSueur. Kyle was amazing and attentive and did everything in his power to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted. The drive takes me 3 hours from my home to get there, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The car buying process here was quick and easy, everyone was friendly, test drives were a breeze. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for QUALITY vehicles and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I will be a repeat customer for every vehicle I buy in the future, without a doubt. More

This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from LeSueur and after looking for months we came back to LeSueur when I decided I wanted to buy pre-owned. It has truly been the best car buying experience like the last and unlike any I have experienced before. They are transparent with their customers, family owned, hands down give the best rates, no hidden fees, and I believe offer the lowest taxes. I was so impressed by their customer service and the way Steven handled our experience. Their sincerity and thoroughness in explaining all of the details to me was very clear and easy to understand. I didn't feel that they were just trying to get me in a car out of the door as soon as possible. Very patient and Steven was very patient as I wanted to test drive many vehicles. So grateful a company like this still exists and other dealerships should take note. This is how you do good business and keep customers. Buy a Car Initial phone contact with Kyle went well. Kyle answered all questions sufficiently well that I came in to look at and potentially buy car. I had researched the dealership online and liked what I saw about the family-owned history. The experience exceeded my expectations. All employees were kind and courteous. I loved the decor and family feel of the dealership and just felt like honesty and good service were priorities, unlike plenty of other places I have purchased cars from. We happily purchased the Mini and walked away with only excited thoughts rather than uncomfortable regrets. I honestly can't wait to go back. More

I would have rated 5-stars if I felt that I received a better deal on my trade. Despite values indices reported by NADA and Edmond's, LeSueur refused to give me "fair market value" for my 2012 VWCC that I purchased from them less than two years ago. The trade-in value was significantly less than what I expected. And. if I had known that, I would have considered other dealer alternatives before meeting with LeSueur. Although it was my decision, and I felt the vehicle I traded for was a fair value, I do feel that I was screwed on the trade-in. (Because of that, I probably won't go back. Sorry, Kyle.) More

I never felt pressured to buy anything and each of the LeSueurs and other employees strike me as down-to-earth, genuinely friendly people. They helped me get financing at a much lower rate than the other options I checked with and were willing to work with me on price. After having my new car for over a month, I have absolutely no regrets. I fall more in love with my TDI everyday! More
