Considering I was in the business for several years and I know the ins and outs, I feel that it was treated respectfully , and my deal just came out to the point where it was a no lose situation. I do think however your makeready department could be a little bit better, first car I bought there was a Ford flex in July 2021, it had a cracked back window it was repaired. And this time I bought a 2019 explore, and definitely needed better compound the wax put it in the next day they did it no problems everything went smooth beautiful cars
