professional, helpful, and frendly. I got a good price on my new 300. The only real drawback is the amount of time it takes to finalize all the paperwork, and watch the "mandatory" vid I got a good price on my new 300. Overall, good price, nice car, freindly staff. Thank you. More

I bought a Wagoneer 2 months ago (Sabrina and Nelly, the sales manager were great) and needed to go back for a service a month after. Kyle made it happened just in time for us to go out of town. It has been almost 1 year since the purchase of the vehicle and the spare key fob issue has yet to be resolved. I brought it up at the first oil change and it was kicked down the road to the second vi vehicle and the spare key fob issue has yet to be resolved. I brought it up at the first oil change and it was kicked down the road to the second visit in May. In May the service representative said it would be ordered and would take 2 weeks to come in. After multiple weeks and several attempts to connect with someone, I spoke with the service department and was told that it still hadn’t arrived. I called this morning and no one picked up in the service department and the operator was unavailable as well. It gave me the option to leave a message, which I have done in the past and never received a response. The customer service is poor and after spending over 60k at your dealership, there are expectations that are not being met. Please have a representative contact me for resolution. More

Trevor, Joe, and Tania were amazing! I personally was not their easiest customer to deal with at the end of day, but I couldn’t ask for better people to help me with my car buying experi I personally was not their easiest customer to deal with at the end of day, but I couldn’t ask for better people to help me with my car buying experience.
