I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, and he let me do it while answering any questions I He was very helpful, and there was no pressure. They gave me a good amount for my trade, and with the dealer and kia incentives it made the deal a possibility. Kyle was ontop of getting the car detailed and even when I found a questionable spot on the car he was quick to get it to the detail department, and they are artist the spot is gone.
