They delivered the car model facts, financial numbers and objective recommendations in a way I could clearly understand. I like Kyle's approach with me. He quickly begins understanding the performance I am seeking. Sport vs luxury, etc. I like that he knows the vehicles he sells and can progress the sale using valuable facts not pressure. I respect this type of approach so much I returned to him for a second sale in two years. Kyle may not know until he, perhaps, reads this review that he is my car guy. Great experience. Let me start by saying that I am a REPEAT customer at Pete Moore. I am in the military and currently stationed in New Orleans. When my old vehicle needed replacing, I looked at several local New Orleans dealerships and concluded that I needed to return to Pete Moore of Pensacola to purchase a new vehicle. The employees at Pete Moore are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase (2011 Volk Wagon Jetta). The sales rep (Kyle Prell) coordinated everything with my wife via phone while I was still in New Orleans. Once I arrived at Pete Moore dealaership, he was there waiting to meet me. He immediately took me to the vehicle I was inquiring about and informed me of all the particulars about the vehicle. I asked to see another upgraded model of the Jetta and he was more than helpful. At the end of the day, with no pressure from salesmen, I was able to choose, test drive, and finance my new vehicle. The entire transaction took under 4 hours.
