Let me start by saying that I am a REPEAT customer at Pete Moore. I am in the military and currently stationed in New Orleans. When my old vehicle needed replacing, I looked at several local New Orleans dealerships and concluded that I needed to return to Pete Moore of Pensacola to purchase a new vehicle. The employees at Pete Moore are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase (2011 Volk Wagon Jetta). The sales rep (Kyle Prell) coordinated everything with my wife via phone while I was still in New Orleans. Once I arrived at Pete Moore dealaership, he was there waiting to meet me. He immediately took me to the vehicle I was inquiring about and informed me of all the particulars about the vehicle. I asked to see another upgraded model of the Jetta and he was more than helpful. At the end of the day, with no pressure from salesmen, I was able to choose, test drive, and finance my new vehicle. The entire transaction took under 4 hours. Our experience with Pete Moore was outstanding. At the time we were looking we weren't even that serious about trading in our vehicle for another, but after speaking with Kyle and determining what he woul time we were looking we weren't even that serious about trading in our vehicle for another, but after speaking with Kyle and determining what he would be able to provide for us we were able to go home for a while and use the information to determine if it would actually be beneficial to go for. We went back that same evening and talked a little further. He even allowed us to take the vehicle home for the night with no obligation towards purchasing it. The very next morning we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. John was also a pleasure to work with. John even got us a better financing rate than what we had originally been approved for. Also they were able to clean the loan for our trade in. Kyle and John are great to make a deal with. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a vehicle to take the time to visit Pete Moore VW of Pensacola. More
