The Pete Moore VW team is exceptional. The sales team of Kyle and Jeff were very professional and straight forward and the price was fair. Kyle set up my cell phone for me which was appreciated. Jeff spent some effort in locating the specific vehicle we wanted. Being introduced to the service manager was a plus and he briefed me on their procedures and ensured that I knew they were available at any time. Best dealership experience I have had! The sales team never pressured me into a buy, they took their time with me allowing me to test drive several different cars until i found the one that best fit my n never pressured me into a buy, they took their time with me allowing me to test drive several different cars until i found the one that best fit my needs! When we arrived Kyle meet us at door and showed us just what we ask to see did not pressure us into something but did show us a Jetta that had leather seats as my wife wanted and other items she requested, what we ask to see did not pressure us into something but did show us a Jetta that had leather seats as my wife wanted and other items she requested, he worked up deal and we did not have spend alot time going back and forth on price. He explained car options to me and my wife and followed up next day with call to see if we were satisfied. I have bought several new cars and will say this was probably my most pleasent experience. Kyle was an easy sales associate to work with. More than willing to show me a variety of cars over a two day period. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a car. For my second purchase at Pete More Volkswagen, Kyle Prell cemented his place as my favorite car sales representative. He and Jeff Korel, for that matter, understood the tempo and details I appreciate, lending to a positive, enjoyable and meaningful buying experience. They delivered the car model facts, financial numbers and objective recommendations in a way I could clearly understand. I like Kyle's approach with me. He quickly begins understanding the performance I am seeking. Sport vs luxury, etc. I like that he knows the vehicles he sells and can progress the sale using valuable facts not pressure. I respect this type of approach so much I returned to him for a second sale in two years. Kyle may not know until he, perhaps, reads this review that he is my car guy. The fact that we are new found friends has only made my two buying experiences with him even more special. More
