A wonderful car buying experience I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted the I noticed that Pete Moore VW had the car that I wanted (2015 VW Golf TDI SE w/lighting package in Tungsten Silver) on their website so I contacted them and Kyle Prell responded quickly, answered all my questions, and confirmed that the car was in transit but still available for purchase and that he would call me when it arrived so we could do a test drive and talk about making the purchase. I live 2.5 hours from Pensacola so I could really only come over on a Saturday. The car luckily arrived on Saturday Morning and Kyle called me as soon as it arrived. I loaded up the family and drove over that afternoon. Kyle and the gang at Pete Moore VW was able to get the car ready for a test drive. We did the test drive and everything went well so I decided to make the purchase. I am a VW Partner Program member and was able to get guaranteed pricing (invoice - $500). Not every dealer participates in the program so I was pleased that Pete Moore VW are a participating dealer. Kyle and the Pete Moore VW team showed me the invoice pricing and gave me the deal no questions asked. They also got me a great rate of financing (1.99%/60mos). After all the paperwork was completed, Kyle showed me a few more helpful details about the car, answered any questions, got us all fueled up and on our way. I am very pleased with the extremely high level of service and hospitality provided by Kyle Prell and the Pete Moore VW team. They really made the whole experience wonderfully quick, simple, and painless especially when the car arrived on the lot the same day I purchased it. I am grateful for the great effort they put in it given the limited time they were given to make deal happen for me. I will recommend Kyle and Pete Moore VW to anyone I know because of the great experience I had with them. Plus, VW TDIs are awesome! Everyone should have one! More

Wonderful first time car buyer experience I was in desperate need of a new car, but did not have success with the dealership in my town. Trying to look for a car was getting stressful and I lo I was in desperate need of a new car, but did not have success with the dealership in my town. Trying to look for a car was getting stressful and I looked online at Pete Moore and got in touch with Kyle Prell. I noticed Pete Moore didn't have the VW Jetta in the color I wanted and Kyle worked to find the one I wanted and brought it over from Atlanta. Not being in Pensacola and busy with work, Kyle worked with my dad to get everything in order for me to come in and buy my first new car. The entire process was extremely easy and the college grad program worked perfectly for me to get the exact Jetta I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and my dad and I had the best customer experience, thanks to Kyle. Got my car back in the end of February and love it just as much as the day I got it. I would recommend anyone to Pete Moore VW. More

Another Gulf Coast vacation, another Pete Moore purchase Last year while on vacation we purchased a certified VW CC which we loved but realized it not having a full backseat would be as much of an issue as i Last year while on vacation we purchased a certified VW CC which we loved but realized it not having a full backseat would be as much of an issue as it became. Not sure what we were thinking if we wanted to cart around our kids and any of their friends. This year on vacation we saw that Pete Moore had some 2013 VW CC's at close out prices and those did have a full backseat plus the LED headlights that look really snazzy. We contacted Kyle Prell about them and to do as much fact finding before our drive over. Kyle answered our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. Of course having owned a CC we were quite familiar with it and mostly just looked for the differences between the two year models. Once settled on the particulars, Kim Gilbert was able to beat the fincancing we had in hand which we thought was an already low rate. Overall, another pleasant buying experience. More
