No Pressure Car Buying!!! I ABSOLUTELY love dealing with everyone at this dealership! There is no pressure to put you in something you cannot afford or are not 100% in love wit I ABSOLUTELY love dealing with everyone at this dealership! There is no pressure to put you in something you cannot afford or are not 100% in love with. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. And above all else there is no bs...they are upfront and honest about everything from the time you walk through the doors. I will take my business no where else! More

My husband and I came to the dealership looking for a vehicle we found online. I emailed about it with Kyle Prell and he was attentive online in answering my questions. We visited the dealership and foun vehicle we found online. I emailed about it with Kyle Prell and he was attentive online in answering my questions. We visited the dealership and found that the vehicle we were looking for had just been sold. Kyle showed us other vehicles in the inventory. We found one that said it was sold and he wasn't convinced it was so he checked on it and found out that it was not in fact sold and he helped us make the purchase on it. Kyle did not try to show us vehicles that were outside of our comfortable price range as some salesmen would. He bypassed vehicles on the lot that he felt were subpar and did not try to sell us those either. I have been to many many lots looking for vehicles and have always felt like someone was trying to pull one over on me. Kyle did not make me feel that way at all. We were actually satisfied and not stressed out and miserable when we left the lot both days. Kyle sat around and talked with us also even after the business operating hours were over like we were friends, not just another payday. We ended up trading our subcompact car in and we bought a truck that better suited our needs. We were thrilled with the vehicle and felt that we had never seen one before that was in such pristine shape and condition. Kyle even worked with us and my bank to make sure the price was right for them to finance it. We are very satisfied with our purchase and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. They even told us about some extra services that come with any vehicle purchase, such as free nitrogen for life in our tires, and free flat repair. I was impressed with Pete Moore and recommend working with it and Mr. Prell. More

TIME SPENT AT DEALERSHIP WAS WAY TOO LONG FROM 12:00-4:00 /SPENT MOST OF TIME WAITING ON SALES PERSON/ WHEN I ARRIVED I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MR. PRELL HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE HAD SOMEONE ON THE WA /SPENT MOST OF TIME WAITING ON SALES PERSON/ WHEN I ARRIVED I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MR. PRELL HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE HAD SOMEONE ON THE WAY IN FOR A CAR AND HE SPENT MULTIPLE TIME ON PHONE/ THEN HE TURNED ME OVER TO MR. [CJ] TO DO THE SALE/ WHICH I THINK HE SHOULD GET THE CREDIT FOR MY SALE HE IS A FRIENDLY AND PATIENT PERSON HE SPENT ALL AFTERNOON WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS/ I ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM AND WIL RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. While looking for a new care and checking out the Volkswagon online Kyle Prell emailed me back answering my questions and asked to set up an appointment which I did. I must admit at first I was a little apprehensive but glad I made the appoint because Kyle was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. This was the best experience I had out of all cars looked at and car salesmen I talked with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and have them ask for Kyle. Although Kyle did all the sales Kim did the paper work and she too was very professional, and knowledgeable. Jeff came over introduced himself and gave the OK on the deal., this was my only dealing with him but he was friendly. My only dealing with Jay was when Kyle introduced me to him and told me to contact him for all my service needs. Jeff did explain the inspection services and answered questions I had about the nitrogen in my tires should I move. Overall I had a GREAT experience with this Volkswagon dealership. More

I just purchased my third vw from Pete Moore vw. I looked at Honda, and Gmc. I was just going to "take a look" at pet moore. I am not sure how it happened, but they had the perfect car,the most knowledgeable at Honda, and Gmc. I was just going to "take a look" at pet moore. I thought the passat was going to be beyond my budget, they made some suggestions as to how i could get more car with minor equipment changes. No haggling, discomfort, or buyers remorse. More

Upon reaching a decision to investigate the possibility of purchasing a new VW I returned to Pete Moore, previous source. Upon arriving I was met by Mr. Torelli, and after explaining my purpose, he immedi of purchasing a new VW I returned to Pete Moore, previous source. Upon arriving I was met by Mr. Torelli, and after explaining my purpose, he immediately was able to locate Mr. Kyle Prell, my previous sales representative. We exchanged a few pleasantries and then proceeded to find an acceptable vehicle. Having had a very pleasant buying experience thru Mr. Prell on my previous purchase, I was very much at ease and comfortable in the knowledge we would have a successful agreement suitable to both. Upon reaching the finals of pricing etc. we managed to "visit" and discus many common areas in the Pensacola/Brownsville area where we both had been raised. Being raised and schooled in the Pensacola area it was an enjoyable experience to expand a car sale into a personal friendship. These types of business experiences are the life-blood of a successful enterprise. Building customer confidence, having an excellent product and having concern for the buyers are paramount in todays climate. This was a very good car buying experience because I normally detest car shopping.
