While he helped investigate the issue and identify that my parts had not been ordered—as I was previously told—he mentioned he would follow up with a call, but unfortunately, I never received that follow-up. I appreciate his initial effort, but consistent communication would have made the experience much better. More

Your waiting area is located on the main showroom floor and seems out of place for a higher-end dealership. Also, could you improve the snacks for your clients? Considering how much cars like ours cost to service, the dealership could afford to spend a bit more money on things like these. More
