Kyle is excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my truck in for a simple servicing and system had been changed, for some unknown reason, by your service de Very friendly and knowledgeable. I drove back to the service department and whoever I talked all but accused me of lying as to my settings. I was sent to the other side of the dealership and they couldn’t fix. I went back to the service department and Kyle came out. He had been to lunch during my hour trying to get it fixed. Kyle fixed to what I had before whoever changed in your service department. Kyle was most apologetic and made it right. I just wish he had been there instead of me wasting an hour of my time to correct a problem that was caused by someone in your service department! More

I'm a 15-year loyal customer and the service has always been fine However, I had to return to get a new rear view mirror installed because you didn't have one in stock yesterday. It seems to me that if a person must return to complete service that was due to something amiss at the dealership, the least you could do is finish the job in a realistic time frame.
