Thomas and the service department was very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the service mechanics were sloppy. What I appreciated most was his transparency—everything was clearly broken down with pricing, and I was given the option to approve or decline any additional work before the team moved forward. Thomas also followed up with helpful recommendations for future services my car may need, which showed he genuinely cared about keeping my vehicle in great shape. Honest, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service all around. Thomas made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him! More

I was highly impressed with Thomas Tran and Phil when I brought my car in for service. It needed a lot of work and had to be there for three days. Thomas Tran was professional, knowledgeable. He got m brought my car in for service. It needed a lot of work and had to be there for three days. Thomas Tran was professional, knowledgeable. He got me a loaner car and even was concerned that I had a car that I could get in to as I have a cane and a bad leg. Phil kept me posted on the progress he was making on the repairs. I really appreciated that. I appreciate both of these gentlemen and because they are so good at their jobs, I will continue to use Findley Toyota for my service and new car sales needs! More
