I had a wonderful experience buying a New 2025 Mazda CX-5, everything was prompt and explained well. I asked about 100+ questions and Cody answered all of them, even spur of the moment questions. These people are very knowledgeable at Chippewa Valley Mazda, they really do know what they are talking about and they dont pressure you to make a sale immediately. I went back and forth on emails and they made sure the vehicle I was looking for was right for me. Their staff is great, but what about their cars you ask? They have a good selection of cars and they are all clean and well presented. I wanted a few extra things and their service department promptly ordered my desires and installed them on the vehicle making it as easy as possible for me. Its a few days since the purchase and I tell myself that I would buy it again if I had to do it all over again. I really love my new car! More

Since I purchased from out of state, I was especially grateful they handled the license plate and extended the tabs by an additional two months, sparing me a trip to the DMV. Bryce also provided a thorough walkaround video highlighting any imperfections, which made me feel more confident buying sight unseen. The process, however, felt longer than necessary. While I appreciated the flexibility to put my entire insurance check down, I encountered issues with pricing transparency. My payment initially included two warranties and a higher-than-expected interest rate, which I only discovered after asking for itemized pricing. Although adjustments were eventually made, I didn’t appreciate the pressure to purchase an expensive warranty or the lack of clarity regarding its cost. The vehicle itself was priced well but needed some routine maintenance, including new tires, which surprised me given the low mileage (35k). Despite these concerns, I would consider returning to this dealership for future purchases. The convenience of delivery and avoiding a day at the dealership were significant perks. However, I hope they improve transparency in pricing and streamline the purchasing process. More
