I'm sure other Mazda Dealers are great, but this Mazda dealer has a Cody. This dealer has the right people and they have their secret weapon, Cody. I had a wonderful experience buying a New 2025 Mazda CX-5, everything was prompt and explained well. I asked about 100+ questions and Cody answered all of them, even spur of the moment questions. These people are very knowledgeable at Chippewa Valley Mazda, they really do know what they are talking about and they dont pressure you to make a sale immediately. I went back and forth on emails and they made sure the vehicle I was looking for was right for me. Their staff is great, but what about their cars you ask? They have a good selection of cars and they are all clean and well presented. I wanted a few extra things and their service department promptly ordered my desires and installed them on the vehicle making it as easy as possible for me. Its a few days since the purchase and I tell myself that I would buy it again if I had to do it all over again. I really love my new car! More
