I even talked to the GM about the issue and he even gave the same round about. They claimed that the price online is only for those that qualify with the best credit with Rebates qualifying as Military, Law Enforcement, and current/prior Stellantis customer all together as a bundle. The dealership is looking for a Unicorn customer that hardly exists. The dealership was trying really hard to get me to finance when I the customer made it clear that I wanted to purchase cash. When the Dealership showed me the invoice for pricing, the price had drastically gone up from $28,960- $37,534 which is ridiculous and a total bait and catch. their online website and AutoTrader for this vehicle does not specify any of the rebate conditions that I've stated above, to include the small print. NAPLES JEEP has been my worst encounter ever! very disappointed in the lack of professionalism when dealing with a cash buyer trying to unnecessarily go beyond to convince them to finance CASH is still KING last I checked. NAPLES JEEP is a MAJOR CATCH AND BAIT SCAM AND GET UPSET WHEN YOU CATCH THEM AND CALL THEM OUT, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS THAT STATE SIMILIAR EXPERIENCES TO MINE READ THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS AND DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! I bought a jeep here and they hit me with 11% rate, not only because of my credit but she knew I could not run my credit again and have a fighting shot at getting a vehicle. The reason I am writing this review is because this dealership is the worst with returning calls. My vehicle was paid off in July of 2023 and I have called no less than 15 times, and they have not sent me the difference for gap. If you enjoy communication with your vehicle purchase and ongoing, this is not the dealership. More
