Before visiting the dealership, I went to the Cochran web site and got a KBB online appraisal for my wife's vehicle. He said they've decided internally to drop it. What's funny is that this same guarantee was present in the dealership's printed brochures in their sales offices. I don't expect anyone to make a claim like this, but if a claim is made, I expect it to be followed. Why is this still being advertised if Cochran refuses to honor it? If they'll do this, how can customers trust that their Certified cars are what they say? When I brought this to the gentleman's attention and said I was upset, he tried to joke about it, which was disrespectful. My wife loved the car, but we ended up walking because of broken trust and a bad attitude on his part. I brought my Subaru Outback new from Cochran. They've lost a customer. More
