I can say, hands down, that everyone at Hughes Honda provided what I was expecting. After spending just about an entire day at another dealership, my husband and I were already frustrated that so much of our day was wasted. When we contacted Hughes Honda, we made it clear up front what we were looking for. We told the salesman (Kyle Tubbs) what figures would work for our financial situation. He, along with the sales manager, went over and beyond what it took to make sure that happened. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Kyle took the time to show me how all about the car and followed up the next day to see if I was happy with my choice. I've heard that Honda's are great cars that hold their value well. My wife Jackie and I visited Hughes Honda on 29 Mar 2014 just to test drive an Odyssey van. We had used their service department in the past and liked the service we received. We did not plan on actually bu just to test drive an Odyssey van. We had used their service department in the past and liked the service we received. We did not plan on actually buying a new vehicle on this day. We were approached by salesman Kyle Tubbs and he showed us the vans that they had on their lot. We decided to test drive a silver Odyssey. We were very impressed with the van and Mr Tubbs was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained all the features and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed with the test drive that we decided to have Mr Tubbs make us a formal offer. After reviewing his offer we decided to go ahead and make the deal! Mr Tubbs was not pushy and allowed us to make up our own minds about buying the vehicle. As I said before, we had not actually decided to buy a vehicle on this day but were so impressed with Hughes Honda we decided to sign the papers!
