I researched my vehicle by internet. All of the dealerships I contacted were professional and responsive. However, when it came time to request the "drive-out" price, Hughes Honda was head and sho dealerships I contacted were professional and responsive. However, when it came time to request the "drive-out" price, Hughes Honda was head and shoulders above all other price quotes and interest rates. One dealer told me they could match the interest rate but not the price. Another dealership told me they hoped I had a "real" price. Hughes Honda stood by their price along with a "lifetime warranty" for the power train. My Accord drives like a dream with many advanced technological features. Whenever I have had a question, the sales associate has been happy to assist me...even giving me his personal cellphone number. My contacts with Hughes Honda suggests that they are committed to EXCELLENCE in every facet of car buying and ownership!!! More

This is the first experience my wife and I had with Hughes Honda. After spending some time looking for a car that would suit our needs we found it via the Internet at Hughes Honda, about 2.5h away from Hughes Honda. I called to see if the car was still available but the thought of driving for 5 hours didn’t excite me and I did not pursue it any further. The next day Adeana from Hughes Honda called and I explained the situation to her. Not to be easily discouraged she offered to have Kyle Tubbs look over the car while I was on the phone asking questions. Long story short we decided to buy the car and to make it even easier for us, Kyle agreed to meet us half way with the car. Needless to say the car was exactly as described and we finalized the deal over a cup of coffee at a Wendy’s. Kyle and Adeana really went the extra mile to earn our business. More

My wife and I used the True Car site to get a guaranteed price for a Honda CRV below MSRP. Hughes is a participating True Car dealer and honored the lower price on a 2013 CRV. Hughes did not have the colo price for a Honda CRV below MSRP. Hughes is a participating True Car dealer and honored the lower price on a 2013 CRV. Hughes did not have the color CRV my wife wanted but Hughes was able to locate one and have it transported to the Hughes dealership. Kyle Tubbs was awesome! Kyle has been awesome. We did not get the car just yet due to issues with student loans. Though in 45 days we will have it cleared up and me and my wife plan to return to Hughes Honda because of the amaz due to issues with student loans.
