Prompt Attention Upon my arrival at DCH for an issue with my check engine light be on, Kyle initially advised that they would not be able to check the problem. I told him that I would be happy to schedule an appointment for further review but just wanted to be sure it was okay to drive the car. Kyle himself went to the car to check what the problem might be and was kind enough to get it in the shop to resolve the problem. I appreciated him squeezing me in the busy schedule. More

4th new car I bought here I like the DCH Ford because I don't get any nonsense or baloney. When it came down to it after shopping the beat everybody else's deal no hassle no ru I like the DCH Ford because I don't get any nonsense or baloney. When it came down to it after shopping the beat everybody else's deal no hassle no running back and forth to the manager just a great deal. My salesman Mark LaMonica is really a nice guy and he knows what he's talking about this is the second vehicle I bought from him. Just can't wait till I get the new building finished I'm sure wind up being one of the premier Ford dealers in the state. More

This was my first time of using Buhler Mitsubishi service center, and in my years of using service centers; I have never ever had the level of satisfaction across all facets of customer service , I got at Bu center, and in my years of using service centers; I have never ever had the level of satisfaction across all facets of customer service , I got at Buhler. Mr Kyle Warren is an asset to Buhler and I hope management honestly appreciates it and empowers him to do more for their eco system. I never felt coerced into taking any decisions throughout my experience.(very important) .Kyle explained every process and followed up when he said he would. Kyle was genuinely nice and courteous.
