Joe went beyond the norm to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted from out of state and within two days, I had my new Flex. Joe is very pleasant and patient and easy to deal with and there was never any pressure to close the deal. I traded in my 2011 Ford Flex and the trade-in value was very fair.
