My wife and I were 95% sure we would purchase a new Corolla IM, with the 5% in reserve in case the purchasing experience went south. Turns out we had no worries. Using Consumer reports for information, their car buying service connected me with Kyle Watson and as they say "nuff said" The Corolla IM sort of sells itself, but with Kyle's help we navigated through what is often an unpleasant experience into one that was actually very pleasant. Everyone was amazing helpful...it was the best car purchasing experience I've had. Mark Johnson the finance manager was equally knowledgeable and we left the proud owners of the new Corolla. Sh I just purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry XLE V6 from Findlay. Christina Wilcox, internet sales director, was nothing short of fantastic to work with. She was courteous, professional, not once did she even remotely attempt to apply pressure and made the entire buying process easy. This was no small feat when you take into account that I live and work in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Not only was customer service spot on, so was the price of the vehicle. I attempted to work with just about every dealer in Phoenix but, Findlay made it worth it to travel to Prescott and take delivery. As a side note, they also offered to deliver the vehicle to me! Kyle was great as well. He introduced us to the vehicle, answered all questions. He quickly took care of the requests that we made and did so extremely quickly and professionally. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a vehicle, include Findlay on your short list of people to work with, you won't regret it. Mark Ptashkin More
