We arrived and were greeted by Kyler in the parking lot. It was sweltering hot at almost 100 degrees outside so I was not my friendliest; however, he smiled and was the consummate professional. He may be a young man, but he understands respect, has good listening skills and good manners. He was not pushy nor heavy with the sales pitch. His candor and direct honesty was a refreshing change from other dealerships, I asked several very detailed questions and if he didn’t know the exact answer he said he would find out and let me know. Now, this I respect over some fluffed up fabricated response. Kyler may be young, but he is honest, respectful, not pushy and very patient with his customers.
