Great at selling cars-not great at handling issues We bought an SUV, process was simple. Since then we have had questions/issues with the loan paperwork & registration. We have called, left multiple messages for accounting, finance & the GM, trying to get word from the General Manager-nothing. The salesman has been great, no one else seems to respond to voicemail messages. More
