Jonathon started the process with me while we were still overseas. He got the exact Highlander I wanted. When we came in all we had to do was sign paperwork! Lacy the salesman who took care of us once we were at the dealership was great. Very helpful and personable. He answered all our questions and even followed up with us after our purchase to make sure we didn’t need anything. Jason in Finance was also friendly and thorough and answered all our questions. That bit of friendliness prompted me to turn 'thinking about getting a new car' into 'I'm going to get a new car'. There were interesting sights to be seen on the test drive and the company was easy to negotiate with for the price I wanted to pay. Going over the finance with Jason was enjoyable as he appreciated when I picked out peculiarities in the wording of the contracts, especially why a touchscreen gets a mile-based warranty. Most of all you get to ring a cow bell when you get your new car; worth every penny. More
