Car buying at its best Lacy was great to work with, he really made you feel he knew everything about the SUV we wanted to buy. Never in your face kind of salesperson, would Lacy was great to work with, he really made you feel he knew everything about the SUV we wanted to buy. Good sales, unhappy with service agreement Pleased with sales but very unhappy that service with Fred Andrrson was more important than customer satisfaction with purchase of vehicle. I'm pleased with my deal but should have purchased from another dealership because of forced service with FA to maintain my power train warranty. Round trip 160 miles for tire rotation every 5k miles is ridiculous!!! More

Respectful and extremely friendly. Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sa Lacy from the start wasn’t pushy like most other car dealers I’ve been to. He was knowledgeable on the Toyota line but I know I was his first Prius sale (he told me) and he was straightforward and honest about his lack of knowledge on the Prius line but if he didn’t know the answer, he would consult his senior colleagues about specific questions I had. It was great didn’t have to wait long. It didn’t take long to change the oil and also to replace the part. E had coffee and nice restrooms that where clean. We had a tv to watch also.
