I was scouting for quotes for the new Nissan Altima. Out of 15-odd dealers contacted, 5 responded with good quotes but Carson won because of the responsiveness of Lai-Ce. In the end, I went with this dealer of 15-odd dealers contacted, 5 responded with good quotes but Carson won because of the responsiveness of Lai-Ce. In the end, I went with this dealership even though I was getting a slightly better quote elsewhere, because Lai-Ce came across as very friendly and straightforward as opposed to salespeople at other dealerships who were more interested in getting me into the dealership before committing to anything. Once we decided on the price over email, I went in and the service was awesome again. Within minutes, the actual car was bought out and Eugene Cho gave us a very informative test drive. Then Lai-Ce went over the paperwork quickly, and we were done! It was the smoothest car buying experience, and I got a very very good deal on the car. I was out of there (test drive and all included) in less than 2 hours! A special word for Eugene as well: He was really friendly and made me and my friends feel comfortable for the time we were there. This is not your typical car dealership, which says a lot. Plus they have a huge lot and must be one of the largest Nissan dealerships in the area, so the selection is good. More

She was waiting for me at my appointment and helped me make my final decision. She was honest and friendly which I really appreciated. Buying a car can be nerve racking but Lai-ce made it is. I would not hesitate to call her again or to send anyone with her. I can't remember the name of the man who helped with the financial /final paperwork. He was also someone I felt comfortable working with. He explained everything in detail and was willing to answer questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I will always recommend Carson Nissan! Within a few of days, I have the keys of a new Leaf in my hands. Total time spent in Carson dealer on a Saturday afternoon to pick the car - 55 minutes! Lei-Ce understood my needs, and tried to work out the best deal within my criteria. She is honest, straight forward, and most importantly, she understands my needs and does not pressure me into anything that I do not desire to get. She makes sure that I know there are rebates from Federal and State of California for Leaf and offered her assistance in applying for them. My husband and I did not need her personal assistance but I am sure many of you would greatly appreciate Lai-Ce's great personal services. I just got a nissan LEAF for lease, actually from different dealership. Unfortunately the salesperson I got a deal from was not too helpful for the details so I gave up on him but I needed to set up different dealership. I remembered the salesman mentioned that he was going to get me a car from this dealership(Carson Nissan) so I decided to try to call them for help. They helped me to connect with Internet sales manager immediately, so I got to connect with this lady, Lei-Ce. She told me to help me even though I didn't get my car from this dealership! I hopped in my new LEAF and drove there. I met her and she even helped me for another program, california state tax rebate which that salesman didn't even know or mention. after that, she came to my car and helped me to set up everything(I knew she was busy but she took more than one hour to explain everything about LEAF only for me)! I was sooooo glad that I found this place and her, I wish I got my car from this dealership so that I would not have to be worried about any kind of service. I highly recommend all of you to go to this place if you get a new car! Thank you very much again, Lei-Ce! You made my day :) More
