We just purchased our 2nd MDX from Lance and could not be more thrilled. We were confident we wanted the MDX, and what we appreciated most during this purchase experience was how efficient and thorough Lance more thrilled. We were confident we wanted the MDX, and what we appreciated most during this purchase experience was how efficient and thorough Lance was in expediting our transaction. We had limited time. Lance was prepared to show us a few available cars, show us the key differences in the 2025 model, and was ultimately able to find us the exterior/interior color we wanted in the desired model quickly and efficiently. He cut right to the facts and really listened and anticipated what was most important to us. He followed up with us and was able to answer some simple questions after the transaction closed. It was a seamless purchase and Lance was such a pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, and an expert of his product! More
