The service advisor was dishonest regarding the repair work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was work needed in my car. The diagnostic showed nothing wrong with my vehicle. He later told me cost 3 to 4K. He advised me “get rid of it” this was after he learned I was interested in a new car. I took the car to another Chrysler dealership. They said it only needed sensors. There is only 53K miles on it. I showed him what the Fucillo advisor told me. He said no. This was a coordinated scam to have me purchase a new car. I did but from the other Chrysler dealer. More

AC Evaporator replaced Lance was great in communicating with me. It did take longer for the job to be completed but I was provided with a loaner on Friday after dropping of Lance was great in communicating with me. It did take longer for the job to be completed but I was provided with a loaner on Friday after dropping off the car on Wednesday and not having it back till Tuesday. A couple of quick recommendations for even better experience next time for your customers: +Ensure once car is dropped off, job can commence. My job wasn't started until Friday. +Loaner car was appreciated but needed to cleaned as it was really dirty(Vaccumed, Windexed, outside washed myself so the next person who needs a loaner has a clean car) +When my car was returned, it was unclean in the interior. Since the dashboard had to be taken out, there were small pieces left on the floor(needed to be vacummed), interior windshield had smudges on it, black marks on side panels etc. I was able to clean it in 10 minutes but would have been nice if it was clean when it was returned.
