It took 4 hours to purchase the car when it was picked out in advance and knew when I was coming back to purchase. Finance person was aggressive and rude. Concierge service was stressful and poorly exec out in advance and knew when I was coming back to purchase. Finance person was aggressive and rude. Concierge service was stressful and poorly executed. I was given a car on E, less than 60 miles to empty. I tried to coordinate return of my car around my appointments so I didn’t have to put gas into their loaner car. I was told a time that my car would be returned, then they just didn’t show up and stopped responding to messages and calls for hours. Then told me my car was on the way and it ended up being some kids with gas. I never asked for gas. When I finally got my car back, the leather protection splatter all over the back seat from poor application was not cleaned as requested. I had to order products and scrub it to remove it myself. Proper communication would have prevented all the stress and confusion from this. More

This was a spur of the moment stop to look at one of these beautiful automobiles. I told my sister can we just stop and look? I drove the sedan which was fabulous but it was a little lower to the ground than I wanted. I ended up buying the GV 80 prestige and she is a black beauty the staff were so friendly they had an excellent coffee machine and comfortable places to hang out while they got my car ready. I fell in love with this car and I’ve had many nice autos. None as beautiful as this one. Also No dealership as attentive. More
