The service shop is great and should be a 5 star. I’m disappointed with the appointment taker. I had 2 recalls on my car. I wanted to have all the service done in one appointment. She told me there I’m disappointed with the appointment taker. I had 2 recalls on my car. I wanted to have all the service done in one appointment. She told me there were no parts for the recall and I would need to talk to the service advisor. She did not have correct information. They were able to fix the engine block recall but had to order a part for the backup camera. Now I have to come back for a 2nd appointment. Frustrating!!! More
