He was very easy and comfortable to talk to, which is hard to find when you visit a dealership since most salesmen just want to move you in and out and move on to the next customer; however, Lance took the time to get to know us & understand what we were looking for in a car to find us the right one. After test driving our dream car (that we thought we would never be able to get), we decided to go for it and Don & Lance made sure we left happy & with our dream car.
