As someone who used to be scared to walk into dealerships, I was initially hesitant to go in and talk to the sales staff. I started my search online and was invited in for a test drive. Once there, the internet manager Steve and the the VIP vehicle advisor Lance Orozco made me feel comfortable. They were able to give me a great deal on a new lease and made the process quick and painless. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I bought an electric car, a 2014 Chevy Spark, so I was not sure how up to speed the sales staff would be on the features of the car, but Lance was very knowledgeable about all of the features and was able to answer all of my questions. He even followed me home after the sale to make sure I was able to hook up the charger and make sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Paradise Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new or used car in the Temecula area. More

The friendly and no hassle dealership . My husband and I were first greeted by Kevin Brooks on the lot. We told him we were interested in the CTS sports coupe. He told us he would find a Cadillac salesman, since he represented only Chevy's (with a big smile). While we waited Kevin showed me the Traverse that I also inquired about. He spent time with us even when I told him we really were interested in the Cadillac. He was ever so gracious! I even took one for a test drive! Great vehicle! Now, we were introduced to Lance Orosco with another winning smile he put us right as ease. He worked very hard finding me the perfect CTS (I was very particular in what I wanted)!! He made the whole experience of buying a car pleasant, which was a first for me! I never felt like I was in a dealership !!! And, it didn't stop there. He called the next day to see how I liked the car! Again, that's a first for me! The car is awesome by the way!!! Paradise, is the only dealership I will ever use. Lance Orosco called me, set the appointment, and got me on a test drive of the 2014 Cadillac ATS. I felt respected and appreciated the moment I walked in the door. I informed Lance I needed to be somewhere immediately after, so he ensured my paperwork and check-out was prompt. I met the sales managers, service advisors, body shop, and rental staff during my tour of the dealership. Lance ensured I knew exactly where to go when I returned for service. Lance showed us a fantastic used car and as he ran the numbers and things the banks approved us but wanted much more down then we were able to give, but Lance would not give up he said maybe we should try a new car, because of the rebates and stuff. We didn't think it would be possible, but Lance said don't give up and he went to work and the next day he called us at home and said come down and pick up your new car. I mean that is just awesome we have a beautiful brand new car and its all thanks to Lance and Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac More
