Tito Hernandez had been emailing me TrueCar prices for Traverses over the last couple of days and I was surprised to see that he had on the lot exactly what he had been emailing me. Tito's knowledge of the Traverse helped us find the exact model we wanted. Unfortunately, Tito had to deliver a Car up north but left us in the capable hands of Lance Orosco. Lance was just as knowledgeable as Tito and provided us with the best possible price for the Traverse we had picked out and gave us the best trade in value for our car. Lance's easy going personality and excellent customer service allowed us to feel relaxed and comfortable during the entire process. After agreeing on the final price Lance began working hard on getting all the paperwork ready and prepping the Traverse for delivery, while we meet with the finance section, Matt Mincio. Matt's professionalism in the finance section made the final signatures a breeze. Unlike most dealerships Matt did not tact on or try and sneak in any additional warranties at the last minute. Overall, Tito and Lance provided unparalleled customer service and in my opinion among the best sells men at Paradise. With the addition of Matt in finance, you will not find a better dealership in Southern California. -----Jay More

We came in just to drive one to see if we felt comfortable in a small car. Lance let us look over several and found one with all the options we wanted for the price range that would fit our budget. He was not pushy or harsh like some sales people we have dealt with in the past. We ended up buying the car even though we had not planned to do so yet. It was just exactly what we wanted and we are really happy with the car. Lance was very patient with us in setting up the navigation program. Matt Mincio took care of all the paper work to finance the car. He was really efficient and did not add any high pressure when processing everything. He made the procedure quick and easy, it did not take forever to get it all done. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Paradise Chevrolet and are glad we did. He went to Lance and they sat down and put together the most beautiful car you can imagine.. They were both able to keep it a complete surprise!!! When the Corvette came in, Lance contacted my husband who in turn tricked me into meeting him there. When I arrived, they revealed the most amazing breathtaking car I had ever seen in my life!! :) Lance took the time to sit down with me in the car and go over every single feature and how to operate the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and answered every question I had no hesitation! He also took the time to help me set the On Star..Lance made the experience of getting to know my car absolutely amazing!! I will be more than happy to refer all my friends!!
