Very Good Experience I went in to this dealership this morning intending to just look at what kind of deal I could get on a late model Cruz for my sister. Paradise Chevy w I went in to this dealership this morning intending to just look at what kind of deal I could get on a late model Cruz for my sister. Paradise Chevy was one of just a few dealerships USAA recommended in their car buying service. After driving the car I was interested in and chatting with Lance Orosco, I was ready to talk numbers. We couldn't quite get together on price for that particular car, but were able to agree on a little older one that Steve and Lance showed me and I bought the Cruz. How I wanted to purchase the car was somewhat out of the ordinary, but they were very helpful in making it happen. I have confidence that they will take good care of maintaining the car for my Sis. More

was hesitant initially but so happy I went! Initially I was only looking to see what was on the new and used car market. After spending a month and a half driving just about every car out there Initially I was only looking to see what was on the new and used car market. After spending a month and a half driving just about every car out there and not falling in love with anything I decided to wait on buying a car because I was over looking. It was the same thing everytime, the uncomfortable car sales man looking to sell a car and get you on your way. I was getting tired of the "what can I do to have you drive it today?" I called my dad and he advised me to take a look at Cadillac which I hadn't even fathomed. I think Cadillac and think big big money. I decided to give it a shot. I was greeted by Lance Orroco, a very nice cheerful guy who wasn't pushy in the least bit. I felt extremely comfortable with him. We talked about music and life which was a nice change of conversation from the standard "what can I do to get you in this car today". He was very knowledgeable about each model of car he showed me. I am used to the 90% of car salesman don't know anything about their product or what they have on the lot. Lance was the total opposite. He knew the differences and even was able to help me to understand my lifestyle and get me in a car that best suited my lifestyle and not what had been on the lot for more than 3 months. When it got to the time to ultimately decide if this was the car I should get, I still struggled with coming to grips with buying a brand new car, as this was my very first brand new car purchase. I was used to buying the 3000 or 4000 dollar junkers. Overall I'm extremely pleased with my experience and the staff are great! I even went back with my little brother and Lance was the exact same way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. More

Another Great Purchase from Lance Stopped by the dealership on my way to Costco, never intending to drive off with a new 2015 Corvette. Just wanted to show my son this new awesome machine. Pulled up and there was Lance, who just last year sold me a new Camaro. Anyway, we looked at the inventory, which offered a good selection, and then the fun began. You know, the horse trading game that always comes with buying a car. Long story short, a couple of hours later we rumbled off the lot with this jet black new Stingray without even paying for it! Yes, they trusted me to go home, have the salesman Lance follow me, and pick up a check for the car at my house, and then drive the trade in Camaro back. Of course we all celebrated with Lance with craft beer at my house before he had to drive back to work. Lance is the best. Thanks Lance! More

I anticipated spending all day at different dealerships, trying to find the right car (and right price) for our little family. We were kind of dreading it. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Lance Orosco was amazing! We didn't feel pressured into anything whatsoever. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like friends, rather than customers. We were ecstatic at how smooth (and quick) the purchase was. We will gladly be buying from Paradise again! More
