He showed me some vehicles and was very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the vehicle and the Cadillac brand. I asked every question that i could think of and I got straight honest answers. Finally we (Don, Lance, and I) agreed on the numbers and moved forward to sign paperwork. They never said NO! Instead they considered and most importantly worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final deal and vehicle. Best car buying experience I have ever had.
