Lance grew up in Maryland. After completing his studies at Towson University. He moved to Los Angeles for 9 years to pursue a career in Film and Television Production. Then moved to Europe for 15 months where he Motorcycle and traveled to over 50 countries. Upon returning to Maryland he started working for Subaru in 2017 in Sales and prides himself on providing an excellent customer experience before, during and after the sell.

I'm still at a loss for words since driving away from the dealership last weekend. After being in an accident with a commercial truck, I was shaken and shocked that my 2019 Impreza was declared a total loss. dealership last weekend. In spite of that, Lance Sullivan made what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless and genuinely pleasant experience. Lance had already done his research and was prepared with options that fit my budget. Even the financing process with Jon Bookstein was painless. I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I received and will continue to recommend Heritage Subaru Catonsville to loved ones and friends! More
