When I recently started shopping for a Subaru Crosstrek, I spoke with dealerships in Glen Burnie and Annapolis, as well as Heritage Subaru. To say my experience with Heritage Subaru was excellent would be an understatement. Our sales representative, Junaid Mustafa, and finance manager, Jonathan Bookstein, made this the easiest and most painless car-buying experience I've ever had. Junaid called us around 7:00 p.m., and after a simple 15–20 minute conversation, we had a straightforward, honest offer. There was no back-and-forth negotiation, no games, and no hidden agenda. When we arrived at the dealership, the experience was just as seamless. We were in and out in about an hour. There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary services or add-ons—just a transparent, efficient process from start to finish.
