Their cars weren't only affordably priced but were clean and in excellent shape. They gave us the Carfax report right away and arranged for a test drive. Lance, our salesman was extremely helpful, going to bat for us to help us negotiate a deal for both our minivan and the Pathfinder. I gave them 4 stars because they valued the minivan more than what it is worth. Despite having the registration on hand and the VIN. They figured out their mistake the next day and nullified the deal. This was not Lance's fault. Ultimately, we were able to arrive at a deal with them to acquire the car and trade in the minivan. More

While fully intending to purchase a new GM vehicle, I decided to stop by Coastal Nissan in Cohasset only because of the reputation & loyal following of Lance Ward. Additionally, my wife owns a Nissan & she always received excellent service from Coastal & raved about their friendly, professional staff. After a brief 30 minute meeting with Lance in Cohasset & a 10 minute test drive of a new 2018 Nissan Maxima, I decided that Lance was the only car representative I wanted to do business with due to not only his very personable approach to car buying but also his professionalism & knowledge. As I discovered, the car buying experience with Lance was completely different - no hard sell only a genuine desire to ensure that the buyer would be happy with the vehicle they were considering buying. Additionally, the trade-in value I received from Lance was as good as what I was offered by the GM dealership that I had purchased several prior vehicles. He took his time on the test drive and answered all my questions, listened patiently my son's story, finishing after an hour we were still talking and I did not feel rushed. I would definitely recommended friends and family to see Lance Ward at Nissan Coastal. At the day of the pickup Lance took another 15-20 minutes in the rain explained everything in detail about the 370Z to my husband. A great experience overall. I'm so happy with my purchase!
