A problem with car after we picked it up was taken care of. My wife and i bought a used car at Coastal's used car lot. I had an issue with the car that i noticed after driving the car the first week that I had My wife and i bought a used car at Coastal's used car lot. I had an issue with the car that i noticed after driving the car the first week that I had it. I contacted Lance my sales man and he recommended that i bring it down. They looked at the car and determined that it did need some attention. They put me in a loaner on the spot and did what they had to do to make the repair right. There was no out of pocket expense for me even though technically they didn't have to. I was impressed with Linda in the service department who made sure i was happy with the way things were going. They were prepared for me to be in the loaner as long as was necessary. It was only a couple of days. I would highly recommend Coastal's used car center for sales and service especially after the sale. They did whatever they needed to do to make sure it was fixed right and that I was satisfied. More
